The Placerita Canyon Nature Center provides hands on information regarding the plants
and animals native to the Santa Clarita Valley as well as marked hiking trails and picnic
areas. Discover the active, bubbling tar pits while hiking at Ed Davis Park. To learn more
about the Santa Clarita Valley's water supply, visit the Castaic Lake Water Agency Conservatory
and Garden. Many couples have chosen the beauty and tranquility of this garden area to
exchange their wedding vows.
For additional outdoor recreation, enjoy crystal clear water, fully stocked lakes, and
