We do not disclose our lending sources to competing brokers.

We no longer accept co-op requests from brokers for hard money, construction, commercial, and land loans. (Too much time wasted on broker-originated deals that never closed, weren't properly qualified from the start, or weren't "lucrative enough" for the referrer.)
